| In this phase we do a thorough needs analysis of the client's requirements and come up with a strategic plan. We then evaluate and propose technology and implementation options to the client, choosing a solution that suits them best. The solution becomes the roadmap to configure, build and deploy the initiatives. | |
Planning is a critical phase, which involves creating a high-level system architecture; delivery and deployment schedules for solution configuration and development; information and capacity architecture; infrastructure and security planning; testing / quality assurance; and integration. | |
The project is divided into multiple functional areas such as Portal configuration and implementation; Database design and Business Intelligence configuration; Application Development and User Interface Design. These are further divided into modules and implemented in parallel by team members using our internal Best Practices. Each module is tested using a test plan created by the team member. |

The solutions are deployed to client staging servers and made available for beta testing. Production servers are configured and the solutions are deployed to production servers. The QA team goes through a final round of testing on the production servers and launches the systems after client approval. Documentation and training are provided to the internal IT team. | |
Modules are integrated to form complete working solutions and passed on to Quality Assurance. The QA team integrates test scripts from all test plans and creates additional system-level and integration test scripts. The systems are tested thoroughly by the QA team and all issues are resolved. Solution behavior is compared to the initial specifications and any deviations are identified and corrected |
